Fall seems like a way too short season here in Wisconsin. I just get used to those orchard fresh apples when there are pumpkins all over the place! That means Pumpkin Grahams are here! We buy fresh pie pumpkins from Keewaydin Farm, bake them till tender and then the pumpkin goes right in the cracker dough along with those fall spices we all love.
