It must be spring, this is our first week for Rhubarb Grahams! We will have these popular crackers around until the middle of July or until carrots (for carrot grahams) are in season, whichever comes first! Our Rhubarb Crackers are one of our most popular grahams. Their tangy, sweet notes make a delightful cracker.
Joel, our cracker kitchen manager, chops our organic rhubarb from Keewaydin Farms and then we lightly simmer it before we add it to the dough. Then, of course, what’s rhubarb without a little cinnamon sugar on top!
I like my Rhubarb Grahams just plain or with a touch of strawberry jam. Be brave, experiment! Enjoy this little piece of spring while you can, it is such a short season in Wisconsin!
